Meet Our Staff and Faculty

At RMS, our staff and faculty are the heart of our Montessori community. Each member of our team is dedicated to nurturing the whole child—intellectually, emotionally, socially, and spiritually—through authentic, child-centered Montessori education.
Our lead teachers are certified credentialed Montessori teachers through AMS or AMI and bring with them a deep understanding of child development, purposeful observation, and respect for each child’s unique path. Many of our educators have years of classroom experience and ongoing professional development, ensuring they remain current with best practices in Montessori education.

Beyond their credentials, our team members are compassionate guides, careful observers, and passionate advocates for every child’s natural curiosity and inner potential. They foster peaceful, engaging classroom environments that inspire independence, responsibility, and a love of learning.

In addition to our classroom guides, we are proud to have a strong support staff—including classroom assistants, administrators, and specialists—who embody the Montessori principles of respect, grace, and service. Every member of our school community works collaboratively to ensure that each child feels seen, heard, and supported.
